Shadowmoor is here and the Indy crowd came out early to the convention center-

By 11.30 a.m. we had over 200 players active (5 flights started and 12 booster drafts around that point).

Some people just went draft crazy....

HJ Scott Lelivelt was making the day run smoothly

Lots of new strategies to think about with Wither, Persist and Conspire -

Tango anyone?

14 hrs later and the crew gets to relax

We hope everyone enjoyed their day.

This is an awesome "documentary" of the day James - thank you!!

I hate not being able to be at every event - this really fills in the gaps for me a bit.

One of the best pics (the one of the tango is a bit disturbing, but fun!! lol) is Bernd running the draft - the excitement is awesome!!

Glad the picture at the Ram was BEFORE Eric ordered drinks!!

If others could be doing this at events, I would really appreciate it!  Maybe we need some digital cameras at events.... hmmmm.... (don't tell wotc legal.....)

Hey Alan,

Thanks!

I agree the big grin on Berne's face really projects a lot of fun into the scene.

It got me thinking that maybe we need a topic on the forum called "meet the judges"....where we have everyone's picture and do a mini judge interview with each person.

I know from from my experiences teaching, talking about myself in class (telling funny stories about harmless 'mishaps' in my life) and being personable with the students is something that they enjoy and respond too. I think if we put character into the faces of the judges it will be easier for people to see us as a benefit to the game (as the first page of the PG's stress as important).

I always bring my digital camera, however it does make movies as well (like most Digital camera's these days. How about uploading some movie footage as well....things like....

Interviews with PTQ winners.....

2 minute HJ report on the event...

Play instruction for beginner's that could be posted at pastimes.net?.....

The more interactive we make the site the better!
