Badges for DLC Richmond are currently sold out.
If badges become available at a later date due to cancellations, those will automatically be posted as available and no further announcements about badge sales will be made. Reminder that there is only one (1) badge that can be purchased per person and that transfers are not allowed. Exceptions will be very limited and will be at the discretion of Pastimes Customer Service.

CHILD BADGE POLICY
Children 12 (twelve) and under are admitted free when accompanied by an attending adult (One twelve and under entry per badge holder account).
If your child wishes to participate in the main event, you will need to purchase a competitor badge for them. If your child wishes to participate in a side event, they may purchase an entry under your badge.
Children twelve and under must be accompanied and supervised by their badge-holding parent/guardian at all times while at the event.
Children 13 (thirteen) and older are subject to the standard badge costs and attendee/competitor expectations.
Venue Policy
A Valid Competitor or Attendee badge is required for entry to the venue for all persons age 13 (thirteen) and older.
A Valid Competitor or Attendee badge is required to register for side events for all persons age 13 (thirteen) and older.
Exceptions to this rule may be made at the sole discretion of Pastimes; such as in cases of a child 12 (twelve) or under with a competitor badge in need of a guardian.

Players with 18 or more match points on Day 1 will advance to Day 2 for four additional rounds of Swiss followed by a cut to a Top 32 single-elimination bracket.

SIDE EVENTS
Side Events will go on sale starting one week prior to DLC Richmond via Eventbrite.
Refunds for Side Events
Refunds for events are at the sole discretion of Pastimes. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Players may not register for events occurring at the same time. Players may not “double queue” in events and may only participate in one event at a time. Another event beginning while the normal course of play occurs for an event a player is already registered for is not a refundable situation. Refunds would be given in the following circumstances:
- 1) A player has registered for an event on Sunday and has also made it to Day 2 of the main event causing them to no longer be able to participate in the Sunday event they registered for
- 2) A player is still playing in an event they had registered for earlier in the day and tournament delays have cause the event to run long
- 3) Emergency situations resulting in a player being unable to participate
