Inventory Operations Associate

What You'll Do

We are looking for a reliable, organized Inventory Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting to our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operation, supporting several Pastimes divisions. This is a hands-on role with real variety – one day you may be processing individual orders, and the next you could be helping receive an import container or coordinate a multi-pallet freight shipment to a national convention.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps things organized, and is ready to grow.

Your Day-to-Day

Pick and pack orders ranging from single items to multiple pallets
Receive and process incoming shipments of all sizes, including individual boxes and import containers
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
Coordinate outbound shipping and work with carriers
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with deliveries as needed

What You'll Need

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Physical capability to lift, carry, and move inventory regularly
Reliable, consistent attendance
Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience a plus
Forklift certification is a plus – we will train the right candidate
Class C commercial driver’s license is a plus – we will train the right candidate

Full-time position at $18-20.00 per hour

Where You'll Work

Chicagoland area – you’ll split time between two locations in Elk Grove Village, IL & Niles, IL.
